Animatronic Mario (smg4 FNaF3 Video) (REUPLOAD)

This is addon not mine. I am just uploading this to the Steam Workshop for preservation, as this was originally available for use in Garry's Mod for a short while, but was removed following the DMCA takedown fiasco in 2024. Also, I would like for anyone who plays GMod to enjoy using this addon. All credit goes to the original author, StupidMarioBros1Fan, for creating the original addon. However, if they want me to remove this mod, I will respectfully comply.

However, if this gets removed through another false flagging, I'll just reupload it again. The DMCA purge back in April may have affected me and lots of other GMod creators, but we are not alone, and we are not giving up. I refuse to be silenced like the others who have been as they try to express their feelings and concerns about it. And I will not let this community down. I stand with other creators who want to do something about this, and I want to contribute to the revival efforts. Alright, enough of my rambling.

I don't know how to port gmod models into SFM (possibly yet?), but if you know how to and want to port this model, please by all means go right ahead, but include me as one of the creators since I did make the original model.
I DO plan on making LUIGI at some point, prefer if I don't get asked when as I have quite the list of things to work on, don't know about other characters though.

Making the base ragdoll model gave me way too much trouble, constantly the model would break, crash the game, etc. I wanted to give him a mouth bone and delete unneeded bones but eventually I just settled with the player model bones just so the damn thing would work! The problems were completely unnecessary and random with no explanation for happening! So for those of you wondering why the ragdoll model is a little hard to control, that's why. Wish I could've made a better one, but it was just too frustrating to deal with the random and pointless breaks and at least this one is functional.

BODYGROUPS:
Eyes to look up, left, down, and right, each eye is seperate so you can make him look derpy.
Cap and no cap
Closed and open Mouth

SKINS:
Normal eyes and "evil" eyes....yah that's it, the others are seperate models for the first person hands.

FUN FACT:
If you use the ragdoll resizer tool with the player model it'll become squished, almost Toad-sized. Might come in handy for videos. lol

Remember when the Freddy's Spaghettiria series on YouTube used to be funny? Yeah, I'm sure there are only a few of you who agree. Well, have you ever wanted your favorite Italian plumber, Mario, to join the cast of characters from the fictional Freddy Fazbear's Pizza restaurant chain and become the mascot that he never became during the 90s? Look no further, because this newest addon for the 2004 sandbox game, Garry's Mod, brings Mario to life in the most unexpected but fascinating way: as a robot animatronic mascot reminiscent of the robotic mascots of Chuck E. Cheese's, ShowBiz Pizza Place, and even Freddy Fazbear's Pizza! The best part about this newest modification for the game? Animatronic Mario doesn't just have one role as a simple ragdoll. He has multiple roles! Whether you are playing in singleplayer sandbox mode, or hanging out in roleplay servers with your friends in multiplayer, you can either team up with or fight against Animatronic Mario, and even play as the loveable robot mascot to show off your FNAF-styled fashion like a badass. As a bonus, Animatronic Mario comes with two additional variants: Bare Mario (from the Super Mario 64 machinimas of the past), and SMG4 (popular Mario machinima artist, now an animation director)!

Fun fact: This addon was used by SMG4 himself in his own video based on Five Nights At Freddy's 3: R64: Revenge of freddy's spaghettiria, and has also been used by other content creators in their videos as well! (Videos will be linked above)

This addon contains the following character models:
- Animatronic Mario (Normal & Withered versions)
- Bare Mario animatronic (Normal & Withered versions)
- Animatronic SMG4 (Normal & Withered versions)
- c_arms (for playermodels)
- Friendly & Hostile NPCs

This addon includes the following features for the models:
- Bodygroups (for eyes, eyelids, eyebrows, hat, mouth, and eye types)
- Finger posing

TIP - Like what StupidMarioBros1Fan says in his original description, it may come in handy for GMod content creators to use the Ragdoll Resizer tool on the playermodels (it might work with the ragdolls, too, but I haven't tried it myself yet). This will apparently change the size of them to the size akin to that of Toad. Feel free to try it out!
