New looks for Alice (dresses and makeup from mods)

Preface

I tried to collect all the "Alice Madness Returns" skins created by fans. Many of them are over 10 years old. Unfortunately, most of them don't work when activated (I think it's because of the Steam version). But there are some very high-quality works that you can put on your Alice. I divided them into those that work, (see the instructions below).

Installation instructions

Here is the program for recognizing mods and the mods themselves.
To make them work with the Steam version, you'll need to rename a couple of files.

Renaming

Paste the previously renamed file into the game folder
Rename the file named AliceMadnessReturns to AliceMadnessReturnsOriginal
This is what it will look like

Press "play" through Steam and a window will appear



Choose ONLY ONE mod


And press Run

Non-working skins...😞

To find skins that would work for this version of the game, I tested over a hundred different dresses. I don't see the point in just posting them here in bad quality. Anyone who is really interested can find them online. I have selected only "working options" for you. I might have missed something, but most of it is here *and* I would be glad if you tried at least one dress.

I can give you a link, but it won't work on the "Steam version". You'll have to find a pirated version where it will work, so this dress is in the "Non-working skins" section
