All endings of Cyberpunk 2077 main story, how to achieve them and their rewards.

The Devil Ending

This one is basically the ending that you help takemura to avenge the death of Saburo Arasaka.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Save Takemura in Search and Destroy (optional; needed for the achievement)
  
• At the rooftop, call Hanako for help during Nocturne Op55N1
  
• Take the omega-blockers (pills)
  
• Finish Where is My Mind?
  
• Choose "[Sign Contract] I want to live" or "[Refuse to Sign] I'm going back to Earth"

REWARDS:

• Militech Berserk and Gorilla Arms are rewarded after completing the main story, no matter which difficulty or ending path you chose.
  
• The Devil Trophy is rewarded if you saved takemura during Search and Destroy.
  
• The Genjiroh is found in one of the rooms of the Arasaka Estate during Last Caress.
  
• The Access Token can be looted from Adam Smasher.
  
• The Tarot Card is rewarded during Where is My Mind?.

The Star Ending

In this one you leave Night City with the Aldecaldos.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Complete Panam's Queen of the Highway side job
  
• At the rooftop, call Panam for help during Nocturne Op55N1
  
• Take the omega-blockers (pills)
  
• Inside Mikoshi, enter the well as V.
  
• Finish All Along the Watchtower

REWARDS:

• Militech Berserk and Gorilla Arms are rewarded after completing the main story, no matter which difficulty or ending path you chose.
  
• The Aldecaldos Jacket and Amnesty are obtained during We Gotta Live Together.
  
• The Access Token can be looted from Adam Smasher.
  
• The Tarot Card is found on a wall in the room where Smasher is fought.

The Sun Ending

In this one you become a legend of the Afterlife.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Complete Rogue's Blistering Love side job by picking the correct dialogue for Johnny during Chippin' In (Choosing "A hard road, but looks like we made it." followed by "Johnny, no need to bare your soul to me." or "Nah, ♥♥♥♥♥♥ that up too." "What do you want from me?" "Ok. But as second chances go, this is your last.")
  
• At the rooftop, choose to follow Johnny's plan to go ask Rogue for help during Nocturne Op55N1
  
• Take the pseudoendotrizine (pills)
  
• Inside Mikoshi, cross the bridge as Johnny
  
• Finish Path of Glory

REWARDS:

• Militech Berserk and Gorilla Arms are rewarded after completing the main story, no matter which difficulty or ending path you chose.
  
• Prejudice can be obtained during For Whom the Bell Tolls.
  
• Caretaker's Spade and Pride are found during Knockin' on Heaven's Door.(The first in the jungle area, and the second after the fight with Smasher, near the entrance gate.)
  
• Access Token can be looted from Adam Smasher.
  
• The Tarot Card is found on a wall in the room where Smasher is fought.

Temperance Ending

In this one you let Johnny Silverhand to keep your body.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Unlock Panam and/or Rogue's paths by completing their specific side quests
  
• At the rooftop, choose to ask for help from either Panam or Rogue during Nocturne Op55N1
  
• Inside Mikoshi, cross the bridge as V or enter the well as Johnny.
  
• Finish New Dawn Fades

REWARDS:

• The rewards are identical to those either from The Sun, The Star or the Secret Ending endings, only differing by which path you choose first.

The Tower Ending (Phantom Liberty)

In this one you survive Night City and start a new life.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Choose to either help Songbird escape or to surrender her to Reed in Firestarter
  
• If helping Songbird:
  
  • Either choose to call Reed near the end of The Killing Moon or simply take So Mi to the shuttle. When Reed appears, let him take her away
    
  • Finish Through Pain to Heaven and later accept Reed's offer
• If surrendering her to Reed:
  
  • Finish Black Steel In The Hour of Chaos, then spare Songbird in Somewhat Damaged
    
  • Finish Four Score and Seven and later accept Reed's offer
• Choose to call Reed in Who Wants To Live Forever or Nocturne Op55N1
  
• Finish Things Done Changed

REWARDS:

• Access Token, Militech Berserk and Gorilla Arms are rewarded after completing the story.

Path of Least Resistance Ending

This one is basically suicide.

V can also choose "the easy way out" and die by suicide. For this ending, V must choose the first dialogue option available on Misty's rooftop. When Johnny asks if V's sure about their decision, choosing the dialogue option "Could also just put all this to rest" followed by "[Toss pills] I know exactly what we're gonna do." V will have a conversation with Johnny, stating that the only way to avoid any further bloodshed for all those they love and care about would be to simply end it then and there, before the datachip makes them both insane and incapable of understanding their doom. Johnny tells V it's not what he would have done but understands V's decision. As the scene shifts over to the view of Night City, V pulls the trigger.

There aren't any rewards.

Secret Ending

This one is a secret variation of The Sun Ending in which V and Silverhand storm Arasaka Tower all by themselves.

REQUIREMENTS:

• To get this ending, you need to choose a specific dialogue at the end of the Chippin' In quest. During the conversation with Johnny in the oilfields choose the following (the rest doesn't matter):
  
  • "Nah, ♥♥♥♥♥♥ that up too."
    
  • "What do you want from me?"
    
  • "Ok. But as second chances go, this is your last."
• Once you reach the rooftop of Misty's Esoterica during the base game's point of no return, wait for 5 minutes when presented with ending options.Once the 5 minutes are up, Johnny will suggest a different way of assaulting Arasaka Tower. Choose the following dialogue options to assault Arasaka Tower by yourself.
  
  • Let's hear this plan.
    
  • Means goin' out with a bang - I like it.

• Militech Berserk and Gorilla Arms are rewarded after completing the main story, no matter which difficulty or ending path you chose.
  
• The Access Token can be looted from Adam Smasher.
  
• The Tarot Card is found on a wall in the room where Smasher is fought.
!!!NOTE!!!
• If V dies at any point, the credits roll and the game is over, and all characters will react as if V had committed suicide.
  
• If V is successful in uploading Alt and connecting to Mikoshi, this will lead to The Sun or Temperance endings, depending on what V chooses to do with their body. This is also the only way Rogue will appear in Path of Glory.

what cocsmuggler69 wrote is true you can still load a checkpoint but technically it's game over after you die and it's an ending as it is.

Hey, there's 2 or 3 checkpoints in the hidden ending. I know one is before the smasher fight. It'll still play the credits, but you can continue once you get to the main menu.
