Baltimore Convention Center, 2013.

Otakon is an annual three-day anime convention held during July/August. From 1999 to 2016, it took place at the Baltimore Convention Center in Baltimore, Maryland's Inner Harbor district; in 2017, it moved to the Walter E. Washington Convention Center in Washington, D.C. The convention focuses on East Asian popular culture (primarily anime, manga, music, and cinema) and its fandom. The name is a portmanteau derived from convention and the Japanese word otaku.

Otakon is run by the Pennsylvania-based non-profit organization Otakorp, Inc. whose primary purpose "is to promote the appreciation of Asian culture, primarily through its media and entertainment".

This is a fan remaster of the original mаssacre map by Chill (a social guarantee), which has been nuked from most platforms for quite an obvious reason. I modified it and reuploaded it to the Steam Workshop after carefully examining the map for any NSFL content and coming to the conclusion that the map is probably safe for uploading here.

There are two versions of the map packed into the addon: "remassacred" is my version with some decorations and script sequences added by me. The "massacre" one is the old version with the original layout and lighting. All of the bad pictures were removed in both maps.

If this offends you in any way, don't be, because it's also a very good map for testing addons like GChem and JMod.

The maps are named "otakon_remassacred" and "otakon_massacre" respectively and are located in the Others tab.
There was a weird issue with non-existent textures namely, the miku, tomoko and vocaloid group posters in hammer, so if you find any textures that you don't remember being in the original, that was me.
The weapon base used in the screenshots is TacRP.
There are 370 enemies in total.
The map is possible to complete.

Damage the camera's systems without exiting the bathroom stall to disable the combine assault.
