Sermon [RGON]

Description
Adds a new active item to angel pool called Sermon from Preacher mod.

When used it transforms nearby enemy into one of three angel familiars. Each angel has two hp hearts and synergizes with collectibles. Sermon recharges while dealing damage when player has no angels.

if i'm not mistaken repentogon is not supported on rep+ so i can't do anything ¯_(ツ)_/¯

yo this works with rep+ and repentogon nightly? for now i cant spawn any of the angels using Sermon, it just drop an error
