Heap of Foods - Warly Spices

Description

  • This mod is a Complementary Mod for the Heap of Foods. It does nothing on its own.

  • In order to use this mod you need to have Heap of Foods enabled in your world. Don't worry, this mod will automatically enable it for you, if you haven't done it already.

  • Adds 5 New Spices for Warly to craft at the Portable Grinding Mill.

  • Stuffed Starch: Grants 25% more hunger.
  • Soothing Sugar: Grants 25% more sanity.
  • Preserver Powder: Halves spoilage time and negates spoiled food penalties.
  • Blaze Crystals: Causes your attacks to ignite targets and briefly increases temperature.
  • Frozen Flakes: Causes your attacks to freeze targets and briefly decreases temperature.

  • Q: What this mod does?
A: On its own, it does nothing. You need to have Heap of Foods enabled to make it work. But basically, it adds new spices for Warly to season his food.

  • Q: Why was the spices removed from the main Mod?
A: It was causing slow loading times ruining the overall performance. This is because the way spices are added to the game, they basically create a new prefab for each food.

Since the mod has so many new foods it was creating so many prefabs while loading the world, causing it to load slow. The current solution I came up with was making it as a Complementary Mod for people that don't care about that and want to have the Mod Spices regardless. Heap of Foods on its own only have Vanilla Spices.

  • Q: The inventory icons are bugged / Inventory icons are displaying wrong images.
A: This is a common issue whenever the mod gets a new update. To solve this, simply restart the game (Not the world). If this issue continues to happen, please contact me.
