Find this cave:


If you keep to the left before going right to the treasure, you find a sack with some good loot:



But to get to the treasure, keep to the right and find two ladders further inside, climb them and keep to the left you will find a large cavern with a chest - there is a key near a skull nearby, otherwise its is a hard lock:

Keep to the right and locate this spot to start your climb:



Climb up, cross this fallen log:


A save is recommended here, you need to leap from your elevated platform to the one below and across:


Locate the skeleton holding the bag after the leap nearby:

Follow the water, keep to the left:


Continue Following the water, go right here:


You will come across three tunnelshafts, it is the collapsed one on the right:


You can see the thieves markings on the pillar on the right:

You get this map by encountering Ventza during the main quest in Semine, you can kill him or demand the map from him.

Footpad's Hideout Map

You get this map and "Old Hideout Map" during the quest "The German's Treasure" for the 'The Guild' which is a quest-line that is started out of the pub "The Hole in the Wall".

You find it in the basement of the All Saints tavern during the quest, you have to pull down a wall to access the hide-hole that contains the two maps:

Ride to the area and look for this tree, you will spot both treasure and birds nest which contains the key for the treasure:
