Objective

  • In Simple Term: Tower Defense for 7 wave while protecting your objective from being destroy.
  • Available: Only When a Planet on "Defend"
  • Time: 20 min
  • Difficulty: Hard (5) and higher
  • Foes: All

Equipment
Armor, Primary, Sidearm, and Grenade
Choose what you want to uses since these are your backup weapons if and when your defense fail at your position.
Boosters
At the time this was written, uses any booster you want except "Firebomb Hellpods[helldivers.wiki.gg]"
Stratagems (In General)
Sentry & Emplacement
  • Excellent for all foes
Vehicle
  • Both Exosuit are Good choices depending on where you place them. FRV is a waste of stratagems here on this mission.
Mines & Shield Generator Relay
  • Anti-Personnel Minefield[helldivers.wiki.gg]: Good on all foes; places them where the foes spawn and/or where they might walk over. Do Not Place Them In Area Where You Or Your Teammate Are Still Using.
  • Incendiary Mines[helldivers.wiki.gg]: Excellent for the Terminids and Illuminate front; places them where the foes spawn and/or where they might walk over. Do Not Place Them In Area Where You Or Your Teammate Are Still Using.
  • Anti-Tank Mines[helldivers.wiki.gg]: Fine to uses for all foes.
  • Shield Generator Relay[helldivers.wiki.gg]: A waste of stratagems here on this mission
Backpack
It Fine to uses any backpack stratagems but it feel wasteful
Orbital (Any Orbital That Can Do Damage)
The following reason why the player pick and plan to uses Orbital on this mission:
  • Offensive: Attacking outside where the foes spawn.
  • Defenses: Attacking the heavy units
  • Defenses: Just in case the foes broke through the door/gate
  • Play it like Eradicate Mission and destroy everything; these player either don't know what they doing or thought it was a good idea.
Eagle (Any Eagle That Can Do Damage)
The following reason why the player pick and plan to uses Eagle on this mission:
  • Offensive: Attacking outside where the foes spawn.
  • Defenses: Just in case the foes broke through the door/gate
  • Play it like Eradicate Mission and destroy everything; these player either don't know what they doing or thought it was a good idea.
  • Eagle Cluster Bomb[helldivers.wiki.gg]: Do Not Pick or Uses This Stratagems Unless You Have No Other Stratagems To Choose. Even If you do pick this Stratagems, Uses it outside where the foes spawn or where no player are around.
Support Weapons
  • Anti-Tank Weapon: Excellent for the most dangerous units that can break the door/gate
  • Heavy Armor Penetrating: Good choices for most foes
  • Medium Armor Penetrating: Depending on the foes and your position on the map, a Good choices
  • Light Armor Penetrating & Special Weapon: Depending on the foes and your position on the map, a Good choices
  • Airburst Rocket Launcher[helldivers.wiki.gg]: Unless you want to kill yourself or your teammate by accident with little damage to your foes, Do Not Pick This Stratagem.
  • Sterilizer[helldivers.wiki.gg]: A waste of stratagems here on this mission

Do & Don't
Computer Terminal
  • Do Not Touch/Turn it On at the start of the mission.
If you touch/turn it on, the foes will start spawning. By not turning it on, it give some time for you and your teammate to set up defense around the area.
Door/Gate
  • Close the Door/Gate
Unless you have a stratagem that need the door to be open or that was the Team's plan, close it. Anything that can slow your foes down will be helpful.
Deploy & Redeploy Defenses
  • Deploy Supply and Defenses stuff as soon as possible at the start of the mission
  • Redeploy any Defenses stuff and supply as soon as cool-down are over.
  • Defenses stuff include: Support Weapons, Sentry Weapons, Emplacement Weapons, Mines, and Vehicles
  • Deploy or Redeploy the stuff in the appropriate spot at the time.
Priority Target
  • Attack the biggest threat on the battlefield at the time
Priority Target
Introduction
Priority Target come in Two Form: General and Personal. General Priority Target are what the team and/or the teammate with the right weapon needed to focus on when these Priority Target enemies come in to the battlefield to attack. While Personal Priority Target are when an enemy/or enemies are attacking you and you are force to defend yourself.

Priority Target are targets you needed to eliminated as soon as possible because if left unobstructed they could easily break through the defense and/or cause disorder onto the defender (players).

Your Priority Target depend on how close are you to the target, the closer they are to you then that become the Priority Target (most of the time).

  • Any enemy/or enemies that are now actively attacking you and you are in danger
Positions & Loadout
For more exact detail for player placement, please refer to the map itself.
They either on the 1st defenses zone/area or the 2nd defenses zone/area.

The breakdown of the player placement are as following:

1st Defenses Zone/Area Loadout
For the Front line player, they can choose what they want depending on the foes they facing but here are some recommended stratagems that most prefer to uses that work quite well.
  • Highly Recommended: Sentry & Emplacement
  • Recommended: Support Weapon
  • Other: Eagle & Orbital

The other 2 or 3 stratagems will be a combination of Sentry gun with long and close range attack. Maybe even some Incendiary Mines[helldivers.wiki.gg] and/or Gas Mines[helldivers.wiki.gg].

Player's Task
1st Defenses Zone/Area Loadout
  • Chose one side and try to eliminated any and all foes as much as you could.
  • If there are someone on the 2nd Defenses Zone/Area defending a side and doing it decently; either defend the side that not being defended or send at least one person to support that side.
2nd Defenses Zone/Area Loadout
  • Choose which side to defend and eliminated any and all foes from that side as much as you could.
