The Afterlands is a alternative history wasteland, post-nuclear war apocalyptic scenario that takes place in 2090.

Disclaimer: Most of this is Insipired by Fallout universe and jemarkus' Midnight Dawn - Days Run Short.

I recommend to turn off Anarchy's AI or else the scenario will be ruined.

Lore of the wasteland:
The year is 2090, around 28 years after the bombs fell and nations crumbled. The first 5 years of the wasteland was excruciating, there were no place to settle, stay or even survive. There were mutated animal-freaks roaming the surface, those animals were the only source of food as the nukes wiped out 75% of all livestock. But after 20 years societies emerged from highly secured vaults, bunkers and facilities. Most people divided themselves and made smaller factions while rarely some united to make a republic, empire or a new state of the US. Tribal factions survived the bombs in canyons where the fallout didn't reach them and they survived pretty well compared to normal folks. The United States was left divided, once the united nation split into 200 factions, but there was one faction that promised to reunite America.

Lore of the pre-nukes:
It was the year 2060, The world was seemingly going to hell after wars after wars were being declared, the planet was running out of resources and water was slowly becoming scarce, these factors resulted in the war between NATO vs Russia, China and North Korea. The first 2 years they used drones and infantry, artillery, it was a conventional war at first, but 2062, April 5 were the date of the worlds fate.

The population dropped from 9.7 Billion to 2.3 Billion. Billions died to the nukes, billions died to radiation and millions were left to die out in the surface.
