Carnalitas improve AI

This mod takes the slave and prostitution functions of Carnalitas, and adds functions and fixes interactions to work with AI.
Slave system: Add doctrines for capturing slaves of the same religion/different religion. Add functions for enslave, free slave, training slave, sell slave, buy slave. Set the religion to capture slaves according to historical information.
Prostitution system: Add doctrine about prostitution, add interactions for providing prostitution, prostitution, starting prostitution/stopping prostitution.
This mod improves the functions, allowing AI to interact with the interactions in the original Carnalitas mod.
The mod does not require Carnalitas to play, but will not have the sex features.
The mod works fine with mods that edit sex related features. But mods that edit slave related features like slavery remind or prostitute remind will not work.
