Banana Peel Thrower SWEP [TTT Supported]

Description
Throw banana peels on the ground and make other players or NPCs slip and fall! Now supports TTT!

Details:
If a player or NPC walks onto a banana they will slip and become ragdolled for 3 seconds and then unragdoll and take 25 damage. There's an immunity of 3 seconds after being unragdolled so you can't immediately slip again. Bananas despawn after 5 minutes. You can also by default only have 3 bananas active at a time.

Configuration options:
You can change how many active bananas are allowed out at a time with cvar banana_peel_max_entities
You can change the banana peel despawn time with cvar banana_peel_lifespan
You can disable NPCs slipping with cvar banana_peel_allow_npcs_slip
You can disable forcing 3rd person with cvar banana_peel_slip_goes_thirdperson
You can change the ragdoll time with cvar banana_peel_ragdoll_time
You can change the immunity time with cvar banana_peel_slip_immunity_time
You can change the damage with cvar banana_peel_slip_damage

can you make it so that if you shoot or hit the ragdoll it damages the player/npc?

@agentjay I've fixed it so those NPCs now slip, however there's some minor AI issues that I'm not sure at this moment how to fix.

@Voidslime I added support for TTT, it seems to be available in the shop and seems to work, but again I don't really play TTT so I don't know what's ideal. Let me know if you have any issues/suggestions (Keep in mind I'm not looking to completely change how this works fundamentally.)

@Vetes I usually experiment with Working Joe SNPCs (VJ) to test various new weapons I get from the workshop when I get them. I spawned a hostile Working Joe and tried to lure it toward the banana peel, but he just walked right through it as if nothing happened. Is there a problem?

I've tested it with both normal NPCs and SNPCs and haven't really noticed any issues? Is their a specific mod/npc you're having problems with, agentjay?

Sorry Voidslime but I don't really play TTT, I might look into it eventually.

@AN Vetes I sent a friend request. please accept so i can send images of the glith/bug. also it fun fact: it makes my pulse rifle look like an alien gun with floating parts (i will send a img of that too)
