Misc part 1

Secret Lives
Complete all persona-specific side missions.

These missions are the Plot, Detective and Contract missions. You can only make the mission appear if you are dressed as the right persona.

For the Plot = Lady
Detective = Slave
Contract = Assassin

Liberation
Complete every Free Slaves mission.

There are total of 3 missions regarding this.
First mission "A Family Divided" is located at your mansion
The second "Earthly Belongings" is located at the docks
Third "A New Recruit" is found in the south of a small village.

Bayou Fever
Complete every Bayou Fever mission.

Bayou Fever missions are represented as skull icons in The Bayou. These short encounters require you to cure fevered patients by beating them up with your fists, then giving them a special type of mushroom to cure their illness. To start these, you need to complete Sequence 2, Memory 6 after first meeting with a voodoo priest.

Ship Crew
Complete every Ship Crew mission.

Ship Crew side missions are signified as three men in a group on the map. You will first meet with Captain Carlos Dominguez in Sequence 1, Memory 4. You will find his first crew mission on the southern docks in New Orleans. After completing his mission, there are only two more missions to complete for this trophy. Keep in mind that these missions will not start to show up until after Sequence 4 is completed.

Business Woman
Complete every Business Rivals mission.

Business Rivals missions are side missions where you need to take out business targets, through natural means. On the map, these missions will be represented as crosshairs. However, the first mission will not become available until after Sequence 3, Memory 3. There are 7 missions in this category, the majority of which are all within New Orleans, while the last one will be in The Bayou.

RHP Master
Synchronize all viewpoints.

As with all other Assassins Creed games, viewpoints are essential to revealing maps as well as other important collectibles or nearby activities within the world map.

Poison
Use berserk poison to force an enemy to kill 5 enemies.

You can easily get this in the very first mission where you get the berserk darts.

One Watch is not Enough
Collect all the pocket watches.

Pocket watches can only be purchased from Smugglers

Hangman
Perform 10 predator moves using the Whip.

This achievement can be obtained at any point in the game after you acquire the whip in Sequence 4. In order to do the move you must be above your enemy crouching on any signposts, wires, or tree branches.

Thief
Pickpocket 5000 écu.

The easiest way to do this is in New Orleans. Make sure you are using the Assassin outfit.

Now go to the middle of the city and kill enough guards to completely fill up your Wanted level. What you now want to do is to find a magistrate (they have a black + white silhouette symbol on your map). These are the guys that you can pay to get rid of your Wanted level. After paying them immediatly pickpocket them

Buy All Dressing Chambers
Buy every Dressing Chamber.

All dressing chambers are in New Orleans and De Bayou, and are locked locations that need to be bought for 500 coins each

All dressing chambers are in New Orleans and De Bayou, and are locked locations that need to be bought for 500 coins each

Umbrella
Kill 25 enemies with the Parasol Gun.

The parasol gun is a disguised range weapon exclusive to the Lady persona. It functions the same way as the blowpipe, but it allows you to shoot your targets without putting too much heat on you. Once you complete Sequence 3, Memory 2, you will then be given the parasol gun. Once you have it in your possession, go around New Orleans and use fast poison darts on any guards of your choosing.

Death by Poison
Kill an enemy with a poison dart.

This will come naturally if you are going for 100% synchronization in all story memories. Once you obtain the blowpipe and its ammo darts within Sequence 2, find a guard and use the fast poison darts to take him out.

Swamp Queen
Tree Run for 10 branches without touching the ground.

This will most likely come naturally as you run through The Bayou and when you progress through the story. However, if you still need this, climb up into a tree with a branch, jump onto a nearby one, and go back and forth until achievement unlocks

Misc part 2

Shipmaster
Buy the maximum number of ships (8).

Ships can be bought in the economic trade system after you are introduced to them in your assassin headquarters. Like all other things however, they require money, but luckily there are 4 different ship options for you to choose from, each with different prices. For this trophy, you can buy the Galleon 8 times since the ship only costs about 3,700 ecu. You will need about 29,600 ecu if you plan on buying 8 Galleon ships. Otherwise, buy any 8 ships of your choosing.

Survivor
Survive 10 animal encounters.

This will come naturally as you gather all of the alligator eggs in The Bayou. Animal encounters are where Aveline goes toe to toe with a wild animal, whether its an alligator or a bobcat. To survive these encounters, simply press the buttons that show up on the screen to kill the animal with ease.

Machete
Kill 5 guards in 15 seconds using only the Sugarcane Machete (without using the Chain Kill).

what you need to do is kill 5 guards within 15 seconds with that weapon without using the chain kill ability. The easiest method is to gather some guards to chase you, then throw down a smoke bomb when you have enough on you. Once they are dazed and confused by the smoke, simply hack away with your machete by maintaining the execution streak.

Persona Collector
Collect every persona-specific collectible.

There are total of 30 persona-specific collectibles, 10 Voodoo Dolls, 10 Precious Stone and 10 Assassin Coins. You can check your Progress under Start - Inventory - Items.

Collector
Collect all diary pages, alligator eggs, Mayan statuettes, and mushrooms.

There are total of 30 Diary Pages, 12 Alligator Eggs, 10 Mayan Statuettes and 10 Mushrooms to collect. You can check your Progress under Start - Database - Stats - Exploration and / or Start - Inventory - Items.

Human Shields
Block 10 shots or firing lines with a human shield.

A firing line is where two or more riflemen will have yellow triangles above their heads while you are in combat. Those yellow triangles mean they are about to shoot, but these shots can be blocked. To use a human shield, wait for the yellow triangles to appear above the riflemen's heads. Once you see them, quickly press "X (on controller)" on a nearby enemy to use them as a shield.

Complete 100% of all Mission Constraints
Achieve 100% Synchronization in all Sequences.

To get this achievement, you need only to 100% sync the Story Missions. You do NOT need to do any of the side missions, and do not need 100% sync on any that you do.

The Truth
Kill all Citizen E and experience the true ending.

Altogether there is 6 Citizens E's.

Then there's the real ending. However, you will not be able to access this ending until you have killed all 6 Citizen E scattered throughout New Orleans, The Bayou, and Chichen Itza. The first and last Citizen E are automatically killed as part of the story,

Their locations are as follows:
The 2nd Citizen E can be found in Chichen Itza after completing Sequence 4, Memory 4. They can be found in the top room of a large pyramid.
The 3rd Citizen E can be found in New Orleans running around the eastern side of the city after completing Sequence 5, Memory 2.
The 4th Citizen E can be found inside the wrecked ship at The Bayou.
The 5th Citizen E is also in New Orleans. They will be at the top of the church in the steeple after completing Sequence 7, Memory 1.

Complete Aveline's Story
Complete the game (fake ending).

Sequence 9 has a a total of 4 memories.
You will unlock this achievement after completing all 9 sequences. For this ending, you do not have to kill the extra 4 E Citizens (the other 2 occur through natural progression of the game).

Predator
Kill an enemy from a tree, with the blowpipe, while using eagle vision.

This achievementcan be done at any time after you receive the blowpipe in Sequence 2. Simply climb up into a tree of your choosing where there is an enemy guard nearby. Then, equip your blowpipe in case you don't have it equipped already. Lastly, activate eagle vision before taking your shot.

Not to my knowledge since you end the game when you get 1 ending basically.

Is it possible to complete all achievements in one playthrough? I mean Complete Aveline's Story and The Truth.
