When I first play tested the mod with him, I asked him about viewmodels too because I didn't know it was a stylistic choice. When he explained to me why he didn't do it, I didn't act all entitled like you just did. I just enjoyed the mod for what it is, which is a homage to the original Ghost Recon game.
Playing OG Ghost Recon is what inspired this version of the mod so I just replicated that as much as possible, including no viewmodels.
The other maps will hopefully come eventually - this version of the mod is lower priority. It's also very tedious to switch over to working on this mod due to how the Halo tools work.
