Adds money to scrap mechanic survival allowing the purchasing and selling of items

(IS WIP NOT EVERYTHING HAS A VALUE YET!)

List of commands:
/sell (item) - sells all of the item in the player's inventory
/buy (item) (amount)[Optional] - buys specified item
/shop - Lists all purchasable items
/sellables - lists all sellable items
/money - view money in global bank
/withdraw (amount) - withdraw money in global bank
/deposit (amount) - deposit money in global bank
