Character stats and skills transfer from KCD1 to KCD2: step-by-step guide.

Hello and welcome good men and good wives, lord and ladies! As you know, Warhorse in its great wisdom deprived us of all our progress in Kingdom Come: Deliverance by questionable plot decisions. We cannot bring back our possessions or wealth, but we can bring back the most important thing in the whole universe - knowledge! In this guide, I'll teach you how to overcome the evil doom of fate and bring back Jindřich skills and attributes!

Data collection

At first, we should collect data. It's optional - if you have maxed out all levels and don't want to pick same perks - just proceed to the second section.

1. Install Kingdome Come: Deliverance back to your PC.
2. Run the walkthrough you want to transfer.
3. If you're a maniac like me and you have maximized all stats and skills in KCD1
proceed to step 4. If not - write down all stats and skills of your Jindřich (known as Henry in English localization). I have created a useful Google Table for that, you could just copy it to your Google Drive, and input all stats in the sector "Stats and skills input" - https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1m7yVw07okoU-rKG6Qz6qSnot6feVXJDs?usp=drive_link
4. Write down all perks you picked up in KCD1 and after - quit the game.

Mod installment

To transfer all character stats and skills Cheatmenu modification is needed. Good sir or lady Othiden has already transferred their mod for KCD2, so:

6. Open the KCD2 folder in your steam directory:
%Steam folder%\steamapps\common\KingdomComeDeliverance2
7. Create a folder "mods" there.
8. Unpack the content of the Cheatmenu archive to that folder.
9. Open the KCD2 in your Steam library. Press the gear button and open the menu "Properties..."
10. In the submenu "General" find the Launch options field, and write there "-devmode" like this:

Now you can set the skills and attributes:

11. Run the Kingdome Come: Deliverance 2
12. Load the first save of the quest "Fortuna" or start a new game and play until the skill drop notification appears on the screen:

13. Press [~] button to open the command console.
14. If your stats and skills in KCD1 were at max level skip to step 15.b. If not - open the Google document, you copied before.
15.а Copy 2 cells highlighted with light yellow in columns D and E in every line and input them into the command console one by one. Like is shown here:

Exept for skills, highlighted red. Desctiption is in the note of Google Table.
Than proceed to step 16.

15.b Enter these commands one by one if you had maximum skills and stats level:

16. Play until the next virtual day, and then you can pick up perks.

idk how anyway can play these games and skip side quests, he had the nerve to tell us we are skipping content by using cheats to give skill points and level up when that has nothing to do with quests in the game yet he skipped quests in the first game and probably in this one too, wild.

2 Prophet20147: headshot played an completed the story and a woman's lot at least, but based on his 100 hours - it was only once, and they ignored all side-quests. Because 100 hours is 1\3 of my 3rd 295 hours 100% playthrough.

2 Prophet20147: Actually decorated hundsgugel (called noble bascinet) was modelled after Zouls helmet in original game. Noble leg plates, too. So technically, you could transfer the kit from KCD1, hovewer there are some problems with lore justification because there's only one spot where Jindro could bring back his kit - Nebakov parlee , but it's hard to steal the kit outside game mechanics. We can imagine that Jindro just got it into the bag and threw it away to pick up later under the walls. But it sounds like an excuse to me. So I haven't made the guide on that.

And I'm disabled, so I cannot sit straight in front of my PC for the whole time - I need to rest on the bed for some time, so there's a lot of time in my stats when I actually was not playing)

mak i find it funny how we have more hours than headshot too, kid clearly is struggling lmfao. hes jealous we're playing more effectively then he is. kid probably never played the first game too and thinks hes knows everything because of henrys nightmares.
