• 💊 A new pill, because why not? – the kind of addition that’ll make you question if taking pills in Isaac was ever a good idea.
  
• 🔮 More mystery, more RNG, more regret – do you like knowing what you’re picking up? Too bad. Some items exist purely to remove that luxury.

This mod is a love letter to bad decision-making and questionable game balance. Every item, character, and mechanic was designed with one goal in mind: to create the most ridiculous, unstable runs possible.
