Crossroads actually has much more than 15! I got around 40 with lucky find proccing every now and then; they blend EXTREMELY well into the surrounding shrubbery. Collections points I vaguely counted during collection also seemed to be more than 15!

There are Belladonnas right in the herb garden of Bozenka...There's also nettles and a few mints...You have to look closely or simply install a mod that increase their visibility.
