It's simple and short guide, but working one

THE PROBLEM is THE KNIVES

1) Don't arrest Suspects

2) Arrest only Civilians

3) Collect dropped guns from Suspects (if they got guns in holders just start arresting and immediately press "S" key to cancel it and collect dropped guns)

4) Start playing around Suspects until they try to stab you (one player messing with bots, second waiting further as possible with pepperball gun)

5) When you got 2-3 knives it's done, arrest them all. Better looking for 3 knives, but them could be only 2

To identify whether it's a suspect or not, simply aim at them, and there will be a label saying "Civilian" or "Suspect"
P.S. My friend and I only noticed this in the 40th hour of gameplay

replying to "Xerox0073" - no. i believe that you're doing all right, it's just broken AI.
you can just stay in front of suspect and they would try to stab you, but in other side you can stay literally 10 mins AFK near them and they wouldn't stab you (true story).

I don't get it how to provoke knife attack. I tase them, ask to surrender and what then? I tried standing still with my back to them, walking around them back and forth and nothing. I remember on older version I got stabbed quite often but now I don't know what I do wrong

replying to "TheStockFather" - lack of evidence means that you didn't got knife from one of suspects. i have about 45 hours and didn't meet any bugs with lost under textures evidence. actually the only bug my friend and i met is bug with those freaking knives in suspects' butts

I 4 runs and ending with A+ due to 16/17 evidence. Not sure if the last one is bugging out or not
