1. -novid
Skips the intro video when launching the game.

2. -console
Enables the developer console at startup.

3. -high
Runs the game with high priority, which can improve performance, especially on systems with many running processes.

4. -threads [number]
Specifies the number of CPU threads to use for the game. For example, `-threads 4` for 4 CPU cores.

5. -noforcemparms
Disables mouse acceleration in the game.

6. -noforcemspd
Disables the mouse sensitivity settings from Windows, using only the game's sensitivity settings.

7. -safe
Starts the game with default settings, useful if you're troubleshooting crashes or performance issues.

8. -dxlevel [level]
Forces a specific DirectX version to be used. For example, `-dxlevel 90` forces DirectX 9.0, or `-dxlevel 95` for DirectX 9.5.
