This guide will provide everything you need to obtain all achievements in Cyberpunk 2077 + Phantom Liberty!

Introduction

In this guide, you will find all the information needed to 100% Cyberpunk + Phantom Liberty!

Awards are greatly appreciated, but not necessary.

                                         General Tips
                                 
                              = UNMISSABLE  = MISSABLE
Save your money throughout the play-through, you will need it for achievements later on. 
Be nice to Johnny. You never know when you might need him. 
Attributes can be reset ONCE per play-through now. Use that wisely. 
Make a save before spending any money for an achievement. You can reload the save after.

Note that if you are looking to achieve 100% in one play-through, There are a couple of missions that require certain dialog choices or a well placed quick save. Missable achievements will be labeled like so...

These achievements are unmissable regardless of the choices you make. If you finish the main quest-line, you'll get these achievements. They're marked as spoilers, since they are guaranteed.

Talk with Hanako Arasaka.

The World
Complete the main storyline.

Side Quest

If you're waiting to hear from anyone listed below, sleep/wait for 24hrs in game. They'll usually call you right as you wake up.

Judy vs Night City
Complete Judy Alvarez's storyline.
Complete all of Judy's side missions. Judy's final mission is called "Pyramid Song".

Life of the Road
Complete Panam Palmer's storyline.
Complete all of Panam's side missions. Panam's final mission is called "Queen of the Highway".

To Protect and Serve
Complete River Ward's storyline.
Complete all of River's side missions. River's final mission is called "Following the River".

Bushido and Chill [MISSABLE]
Watch Bushido X with Rogue.
Complete all of Rogue's side missions. Rogue's final mission is called "Blistering Love"If you aren't nice to Johnny at his burial site during the mission "Chippin' In", You could lock yourself out of the remaining Rogue missions which also locks you out of Kerry's missions. Moral of the story, just be nice to Johnny.

To Bad Decisions! [MISSABLE]
Complete Kerry Eurodyne's storyline.
Complete all of Kerry's side missions. Kerry's final mission is called "Boat Drinks"As stated above, be nice to Johnny.

Endings

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
When it comes to endings, you can repeat the final mission and make different choices. Just press the "One More Gig" option after the credits roll each time.

Only one ending can be missed. Depending on your choices in the mission "Search and Destroy", it is possible to alter one of the endings thus locking the achievement.

The Devil [MISSABLE]
Help Takemura avenge the death of Saburo Arasaka.
In the main mission "Search and Destroy",Takemura can die; changing one of the endings. Save Takemura and make sure he survives this mission. Once you get to the endgame choice on the balcony, choose "Think trusting Arasaka's risky but worth it", take your Omega-Blockers temporarily blocking Johnny for the last time.

The Sun
Become a legend of the Afterlife.
You must complete Rogue's quest-line before you can get this ending.Once you get to the endgame choice on the balcony, choose "Think you and Rogue should go", take your  Pseudoendotrizine giving Johnny control. Once you're inside Mikoshi, cross the bridge as Johnny.

The Star
Leave Night City with the Aldecaldos.
You must complete Panam's quest-line before you can get this ending.Once you get to the endgame choice on the balcony, call Panam for help, take your Omega-Blockers temporarily blocking Johnny. Once you're inside Mikoshi, enter the well as V.

Temperance
Let Johnny Silverhand keep your body.
You must complete Rogue's quest-line or Panam's quest-line before you can get this ending.Once you get to the endgame choice on the balcony, you can call Rogue or Panam for help. Once you're inside Mikoshi, cross the bridge as V or enter the well as Johnny.

Kills and Cyberware

I recommend doing these achievements while working on NCPD Scanners Hustles and Gigs.

True Warrior
Kill or incapacitate 100 enemies using melee weapons.
Mantis Blades, Monowire, Gorilla Arms, and Throwing Knives count as melee.

True Soldier
Kill or incapacitate 300 enemies using ranged weapons.
This should happen naturally while playing the game.

Right Back At Ya
Kill or incapacitate an enemy who threw a grenade at you.
Enemies love to throw grenades when you're in cover. Very easy achievement.

Gunslinger
Shoot an enemy grenade in midair with a revolver.
Make sure you're using a Revolver, not a Pistol. Enemies throw grenades pretty frequently, so just stay ready. If you're still having trouble, there is a perk for revolvers that makes grenades easier to hit in the air. 

Gun Fu
Kill or incapacitate 3 enemies in quick succession with a revolver or pistol in close combat.
Even without a pistol build this should be pretty manageable. I recommend using a Revolver for the high headshot damage.

Note: You can also knockout (non lethal) 3 enemies in stealth and place them next to each other to make it even easier. This should work for any of the group kill achievements. Credit to Soulhunter for mentioning this!

V for Vendetta
After reviving with Second Heart, kill or incapacitate the enemy who killed you within 5 seconds.
For this achievement, you'll need the Second Heart cyberware for the Circulatory System. Let an enemy kill you. As soon as Second Heart revives you, kill them.

The Quick and the Dead
Kill or incapacitate 50 enemies while time is slowed.
I recommend a Sandevistan to make this achievement even easier. Although you could also use the Kerenzikov or any other cyberware that slows time.

The next 4 Achievements can all be done in the same spot. This spot works well because these 3 NPC's are always here even late game.

Two Heads, One Bullet
Kill or incapacitate 2 enemies with the same sniper rifle shot.
Head to the location above. If you're having issues still. You can try dropping the difficulty to easy, or using the Breakthrough Sniper Rifle.

Rough Landing
While Berserk cyberware is active, perform a Superhero Landing to kill or incapacitate 2 enemies.
Head to the location above. You're going to need a berserk implant that has the Super Hero Landing ability. The Zetatech Berserk will work for this. I also recommend the Reinforced Tendons for the Double Jump. Trigger the Zetatech Berserk, Double Jump above the group, and press Q to slam down.

Daemon In The Shell
Kill or incapacitate 3 enemies with one "Detonate Grenade" quickhack.
Head to the location above. Note: Quickhacks are much cheaper when you build for it. The picture is just to show that these NPC's do in fact carry grenades. Make sure that you have the "Detonate Grenade" quickhack. 

Must Be Rats
Perform the Distract Enemies quickhack 30 times without drawing attention to yourself.
Head to the location above. Note: You can distract the same enemy 30 times. This spots has 3 enemies and 3 screens. Stay far back and keep distracting them until the achievement unlocks. 

Criminal Activity

It's Elementary
Complete all gigs and NCPD Scanner Hustles in Watson.

Little Tokyo
Complete all gigs and NCPD Scanner Hustles in Westbrook.

Greetings from Pacifica!
Complete all gigs and NCPD Scanner Hustles in Pacifica.

The Jungle
Complete all gigs and NCPD Scanner Hustles in Santo Domingo.

The Wasteland
Complete all gigs and NCPD Scanner Hustles in the Badlands.

Mean Streets
Complete all gigs and NCPD Scanner Hustles in Heywood.

City Lights
Complete all gigs and NCPD Scanner Hustles in City Center.

I Am The Law
Complete all Cyberpsycho Sightings
Regina will comment on you killing the Cyberpsycho's, but it won't effect the achievement. Just make sure you deal with all of them lethally or non lethally.

Collectibles

The Wandering Fool
Find all the tarot graffiti for the job Fool on the Hill.
There are 20 Tarot Cards scatter throughout the city. Luckily they are displayed on the map. Just drive around and scan them all, then turn in the quest.

Frequent Flyer
Find all fast travel dataterms.
This should happen automatically while clearing the map of all the other content. However, If you are missing one, use this to cross reference.
Note: despenser412 has brought to my attention that this achievement tends to pop before you get all the dataterms. It is most likely set a number of them you need to get, not counting all the ones added in the Phantom Liberty update.

Breathtaking [MISSABLE]
Collect all items that once belonged to Johnny Silverhand.
Throughout the mission "Chippin' In", you will be rewarded with most of Johnny's items. The boots and pants are found stashed seperately in different gigs.
                                Johnny's Items:
Johnny's Tank Top- Obtained during the mission "Tapeworm"[UNMISSABLE]
Johnny's Aviators- Obtained during the mission "Chippin' In"[UNMISSABLE]
Johnny's Jacket- Obtained during the mission "Chippin' In"[UNMISSABLE]
Johnny's Gun- Obtained during the mission "Chippin' In"[UNMISSABLE]
Johnny's Car- Towards the end of the mission "Chippin' In". Leaving Grayson alive will guide you toward's the container that holds Johnny's car.

However, if you've already killed Grayson. You can return to this spot to retrieve it at any point. *Credit to Dudis for mentioning this.[UNMISSABLE]
Johnny's Pants-Go to the gig named "Psycho Fan" in Heywood. Once inside the apartment, go up the stairs into the bedroom. The pants are in a suitcase next to the bed.[MISSABLE]
Johnny's Boots-Go to the gig named "Family Heirloom" in Westbrook. The boots are in a locker inside the office with the "bootleg shard" you need for the gig.[UNMISSABLE]

Miscellaneous

Full Body Conversion
Install at least one implant in each system and body part.
I recommend saving it for endgame, if you don't get it without even realizing. Make a save, buy cheap cyberware for each category. Once the achievement unlocks you can reload the save and get your money back.

Ten out of Ten [UNMISSABLE]
Reach the max level in any skill.
*Credit to Ragnarem for bringing these changes to my attention.

As of the 2.0 update. The achievement unlocks based on your "skill progression" and NOT your attribute points. This makes the achievement UNMISSABLE. Listed below are the different skills and how to gain XP for each skill. Max level is 60.
   HEADHUNTER
Neutralizing enemies with Pistols, Revolvers, Sniper Rifles, and Throwable Weapons. 
Attacking enemies while undetected.
Performing Takedowns.
   NETRUNNER
Neutralizing enemies with Smart Weapons and Monowire.
Quickhacking enemies, devices and vehicles.
Uploading daemons to Access Points.
Crafting Quickhacks.
   SHINOBI
Neutralizing enemies with Assault Rifles, SMGs, and Blades.
Performing certain movements (Dashing, Dodging, Vaulting, Climbing). 
   SOLO
Neutralizing enemies with Shotguns, LMGs, HMGs, and Blunt Weapons.
Hitting enemies with special Blunt Weapon attacks.
Performing Body Attribute checks.
   ENGINEER
Neutralizing enemies with Tech Weapons, Grenades, and Projectile Launch System.
Neutralizing enemies while certain Cyberware and Perk Abilities are active (Sandevistan, Berserk, Optical Camo, Overclock Mode, Fury Mode).
Crafting, Upgrading and Disassembling items.
Performing Technical Ability Attribute checks.
Legend of The Afterlife
Reach max Street Cred.
Just do NCPD Scanners, Gigs, and Cyberpsycho Sightings. You'll have this achievement long before you run out of missions.
Stanislavski's Method [MISSABLE]
Use a dialogue option related to V's life path 10 times.
Make sure that throughout your play-through you are using you're life path specific dialog choices.

Master Crafter
Craft 3 Legendary items.
Save this until endgame. You'll have the money, components, or both.
Christmas Tree Attack
Complete a Breach Protocol with a minimum of 3 daemons uploaded.
There are many opportunities to get this achievement. As well as perks in the Intelligence tree to make breach protocols easier. Also you can always back out and try again infinitely until you're able to upload all the daemons.
Autojock
Buy all vehicles available for purchase.

The description on this one is misleading. They have added a bunch of vehicles since launch. You only have to buy the 26 vehicles earned from Fixers. You'll need Street Cred 50 to unlock them all.

Note: You can now steal vehicles for El Capitan to get discounts.

Complete “Run This Town”.

                                             ENDINGS
The Endings in Phantom Liberty work a little differently than in the base game. If you don't make a save at the right time you will have to beat the DLC again to get the other endings. Our first save is gonna be on the mission "Firestarter".Right after Alex and V are questioned by Hansen, Songbird will interrupt and insist that you head downstairs to the lab. This is where we'll make our first save. Proceed with these endings in order.
King of Wands [MISSABLE]
Take Songbird to the stars.
In the mission "Firestarter"Select "Betray Reed" and proceed with the story as normal. Make a save at the beginning of the mission "The Killing Moon", DO NOT SAVE OVER THE ORIGINAL ONE. After the train ride, choose to pick up Songbird and begin walking towards the shuttle. Reed will walk out of the shuttle demanding you put her down. Set Songbird down then choose "Can't let you take her">Draw Weapon>Shoot Reed. After the credits roll, talk to Johnny until the achievement pops. Then load the save we made before the train ride.
King of Swords [MISSABLE]
Take Songbird home.
Picking up back at the train. Call Reed and agree to give him Songbird. Carry Songbird to the shuttle where Reed is waiting on you. After the credits roll, talk to Johnny until the achievement pops.
The Tower [MISSABLE]
Complete "Things Done Changed".
After finishing the "King of Swords" ending, sleep/wait until Reed calls.
This call is the start of the mission "Through Pain To Heaven". Continue through rest of the missions with Reed until you get The Tower ending.
King of Cups [MISSABLE]
Fulfill Songbird's request.
Load the save we made on "Firestarter". This time choose,"Betray Songbird". Proceed with the story as normal until you reach the mission "Somewhat Damaged". You will eventually reach a control room outside of the core. Make a third manual save here. Proceed into the core where Songbird will ask you to kill her. For this ending we will give Songbird exactly that. After the credits roll, talk to Johnny until the achievement pops, then load the save we made inside the control room.
King of Pentacles [MISSABLE]
Refuse Songbird's request.
Proceed into the core, But this time we are sparing Songbird. After the credits roll, talk to Johnny until the achievement pops.

                                         MISCELLANEOUS

Dirty Deeds
Complete every Gig in Dogtown.

The APB is Not Enough
Become Dogtown's most wanted criminal.
Attack everything in sight until you reach a 5 star wanted level inside of Dogtown.
Easy Come, Easy Go
Steal the Arasaka medical truck or deliver 10 vehicles to El Capitan.
After you rescue President Myers, You'll start to see vehicles with a green steering wheel icon. These are vehicles that El Capitan wants. If you steal and deliver 8 vehicles to Capitan, He'll give you the mission to steal the Arasaka medical truck. Deliver the truck or 2 more vehicles to unlock this achievement.
Judgement Day
Eliminate three bosses from the "Increased criminal activity" category.

Unlock all Perks in the Relic Perk tree.
There are 15 Relic Points to obtain. V will automatically obtain the first 3 points in the mission "Dog Eat Dog". V will receive 3 more points during the mission "Birds With Broken Wings". This puts us at 6/15.
7/15 is located in Petrochem Stadium.
8/15 is located in a parking garage near Golden Pacific.
9/15 is located in Terra Cognita. Increased Criminal Activity
10/15 is located on Kress St.
11/15 is located in the Luxor High Wellness Spa. Increased Criminal Activity
12/15 is located in Slider's Hideout.
13/15 is located across from the Heavy Hearts Pyramid.
14/15 is located in the Barghest Stronghold. Increased Criminal Activity
15/15 is located in near Petrochem Stadium.

in PL, you can't save before the train departs, unlike you instructed for the King of Wands achievement

@despenser412 Thank you for mentioning that. It most likely doesn't count the Phantom Liberty data terms that were added later on.

You mentioned the misleading description for the Autojock achievement, I noticed something similar with the Frequent Flyer achievement (Unlock all fast travel dataterms.)

I was using a guide/map to get the remaining dataterms when the achievement popped and I still had a few more to go. Even after getting those remaining dataterms, I still occasionally see a new one pop up in the mini-map from time to time.

I'm assuming they added more fast travel spots in later updates, and just like Autojock, the achievement only requires the original locations.
