[B42] Cut Heavy Chains

Descrição
This mode allows you to cut Heavy Chains to get Chains, or disassemble heavy chain with hook.

To cut a Heavy Chain, you'll need a Heavy Chain, a Bolt Cutter, and some propane torch.

To disassemble a Heavy Chain with hook, use Vise Grips.

Request to add a feature where you can cut a hole in the double tall barbed wire fencing?
As an extension to already cutting wire (unless that is something you'd consider out of scope for your mod)

Worst case I'll learn LUA and figure it out

I don't know if it's my local problem, but i guess file structure of the mod is somewhat incorrect. So basically instead of:

ChainToChain
--- 42
------ Icon.png
------ media
--------- scripts
------------ recipes_chaintochain.txt
------ mod.info
------ poster.info

(^ this is how it is by default)
I basically copied some files and folders so that it looks like this:

ChainToChain
--- 42
------ (how it is by default)
--- common
------ (same content as 42 folder)
--- media
------ (same as 42/media)
--- mod.info
--- poster.png

This might be a bit overkill (e.g. i created something like "common" which is not necessary) but it works for now. So if u could look into it that would be cool.

-You can now disassemble a Heavy Chain with hook using Vise Grips.

I´ve still not figured out, what the chains are used for... :D
