Possible Fix
some fix i read and tried:

> verify integrity of game file

> change graphic setting, changed dlss, off, frame gen on/off

> low latency setting, mouse acceleration in game off on, etc

> lowering the windows mouse pointer speed from windows setting -- this makes moving mouse on windows unbearable, so it's a no go D:

> adding this line at the bottom:
[/script/engine.inputsettings]
bEnableMouseSmoothing=False
in C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Local\Marvel\Saved\Config\Windows\GameUserSettings.ini

> limiting frame rate to display refresh rate, trying vsync on and off

these solutions just doesn't work for me, the cursor still jumped around randomly when i move it around...
but incase you tried my fix and it didn't work, try the above instead

Fix that i found and use
spent hours to look for solution, and if you have this problem too and banging your head, try:

changing your polling rate in your mouse app (mine is logitech gaming software) from 1000hz to 500hz

i found it from another gaming forum by accident, and somehow it works!!

if this solution helped you, don't forget to leave a comment or even some award for appreciation if you have spare points.
Thank you very much, and may this tip help you ❤︎

@H I K E low fps definitely the issue. try lowering the graphic setting AND turn off frame gen. if you get sub 60fps or frequent dip below that, that's a no go.

I tried everything and my mouse input is still delayd wich makes aiming impossible. my low fps could be the reason but all the abilities work fine

dude this was such a huge help. I have a lamzu atlantis mini and it worked when I dropped it to 500. I was getting grossed out at how terrible the aiming felt, but now it's snappy like it was in OW for me. thanks!

@Thook sure man, let us know what you found out. thing is game input was running fine before, but recent update changed it. so i was assuming it was a setting changed, or a flag turned off/on.

@Dreamer damn man, should've taken red pill

i assumed 1000 was ok, sometimes my input will like cut off for a sec when pick up or landing mouse, the values are as high as possible for that with razer mouse mat surface calibration, and its only 1 of my 2 mouses, both on 1000. i did have it on 8000 but i quickly switched it off as i already know that dont work in all games, but ill try 500 and see how it feels or if it still cuts out, but i know how it feels when playing on too high polling rate, it happens while moving the mouse where mine is on pick up or landing only, pretty sure the mouse is just messing up bc razers build quality fell off pretty hard
