A rework for melee slots and ammo upgrades. Now ammo upgrades can be placed in the grenade slot, meaning you'll have to choose between one and the other, but we'll also be able to take a medkit or a defibrillator. Melee weapons will be placed in the pill slot, meaning you'll have to choose between one and the other again, but you'll be able to take a pistol or a chainsaw with you

Also, yes, it supports some addons related to these items, for example, addons from Geebanger0. Now you can take a portable minigun and a medkit together, or take, say, lasers and a defibrillator, your choice
