Totzi Xenotype Race

Adding a xenotype called Totzi, and their genes.

These shrew-like xenotypes are very fast, have a wake-up dependence, and never sleep.
They were previously designed as a researcher and worker on a urbworld planet. People of the planet in authority made them weak, stressful and short-lived to contain.

The mod adds also:
-cafella tree, fruit that contains a bit of wake-up, and drugs from those
-two variations of Totzi
-scrappy weapons, but powerful enough to fight for a right to work
