Description
Did you know Concerts can only be held by pawns with noble titles?
Neither did I, til today, thought I'd just fix it myself.

Super simple patch, just removes the title requirements for hosting concerts!

Lmk if there are any weird conflicts or anything, as far as I know there aren't any incompatibilities

Now that i think about it, somebody should make more instruments, for concerts like this
