Reupload of modded Insurgency weapon port by The Forgotten Architect

Original Description:
Introduced in 2009, the Remington MSR is a modern update for the classic Precision Sniper Rifle role. Branded the "Mk 21 Precision Sniper Rifle" in the U.S. Military, it offers a versatile platform and excellent build quality, making it a good choice for many snipers.
