Description
Created the phantom Seibu 7000 series that was never realized with original elements included! From the front in a 3-car formation

It is called the Red Arrow High Decker, and it depicts the shortened "RAH" logo.
While referring to images of the completed concept drawing, we have recreated the real car elements such as the windows that are reminiscent of the Meitetsu Panorama Super and the original elements.We have created it as a non-original ``what-if world vehicle'', the phantom Seibu Express 7000 series. did.

*This vehicle is a fiction. Does not actually exist (as of January 2025)
*The first car is an express type (non-widened) 4, and the middle car is made with a non-widened body.
