Before we start
This guide assumes you already found all the upgrades for Big, including the 4 Lure upgrades.
In addition, it also assumes that you know exactly how the fishing mechanics work, how to get levels B & A, which fishes should you take AND that even after all of that, you tried multiple times, to get the 1000 & 2000 gram fishes and each time you even managed to get them biting their bait, they kept on forcefully escaping and breaking your rod due to the tension meter reaching max.

If you have NOT reached some or any those points yet, I recommend using this video as a guide:

This guide's intention is to give you the final (and only) solution left when you finally reached the point of helplessness.

Let us begin
Step 1
Install SA Mod Manager

If you already have that installed, move on to step 2. if not, follow this tutorial:

Step 2
Open SA Mod Manager, you should get a menu that looks something like this:

Select the "Codes" tab

You should have a list of cheats. Scroll down a bit until you find the "Infinite Rod Tension".

Select it.

Have no shame.

Press "Save & Play" on the bottom left of the menu.

At the game
Step 3

Choose any of Big's stages that you still haven't managed to get a level B or A on.

Find your 1000/2000 gram fishes.

Get them to bite your bait, and shamelessly hold space until you catch them.

Finally, catch Froggy, and you should get your level B/A. Congratulations! You are going to save yourself weeks if not even months of suffering!
Epilogue
Special thanks to my friend who encouraged me to use this solution, which also inspired me to make this guide in an attempt to help all helpless souls who had to witness this time wasting, rage inducing, RNGesus dependency revolving of a challenge known as the Big The Cat level B & A missions.

P.S: a cat, a frog and hundreds of fishes were harmed during the making of this guide.
