What and Why?
The Fragmented One[warframe.fandom.com] is a secret, stronger version of The Fragmented Tide, combining all of their attacks into a single boss, and applying Magnetic procs (preventable by status immunity) and disables abilities (unpreventable) from its attacks.

In order to fight it instead of Fragmented Tide, once you get the 30 Murmur Eyes for the Fragmented tide, find two more Atrophos Probes and repeat the process until you get 60 total Murmur Eyes, with 15 Eyes per Probe. Once you get all 60, there should be a voiceline from Fibbonaci signaling it.

Beating The Fragmented One gives you a special Sumdali for your Orbiter: Manus Sumdali

Beating it solo with six specific Warfames: Gauss, Jade, Mirage, Protea, Sevagoth, and Vauban, will give you an exclusive "accolade" Glyph of the respective Warframe you beat the mission with.

The run also does give a considerable amount of Stela: roughly 50 per mission without a booster, so it's a decent way to passively gain some while trying to get the Glyphs.
Builds
For Warframes, given how often you'll be unable to cast abilities, it's not the best to depend on them, so a uniform "build" (literally just 2 mods and an arcane) is all you really need.

Arcane Nullifier, Rolling Guard, and Fast Deflection are all non-negotiable for survival. Nullifier prevents magnetic procs from destroying shields and energy (but does not block ability restriction), Rolling Guard and Fast Deflection are used for invulnerability.

I am not exaggerating when I say that's all you need. Other slots are for anything you want: Vigilante Vigor for even less shield recharge delay, more shields/health/armor, mobility, Primed Sure Footed to not get staggered by attacks, or even abilities if you don't mind the massive downtime due to The Fragmented One's attacks.

For weapons, anything that deals lots of upfront DPS will work great. I prefer weapons like Laetum and Furis.

Felarx; 12231 for Incarnons

Furis; 1133 for Incarnons

Laetum; riven is a free slot; 12331 for Incarnons
Strategy
This is assuming you already know (at least partially) the Fragmented Tide's attacks[warframe.fandom.com], but it's still helpful to be reminded of what the hardest ones are. The run below also shows some of the attacks, the ways I countered them, and what to do if you mess up.

In general, all of the attacks are telegraphed, most of them disable abilities and inflict Magnetic procs, and some are so slow that the most you need to do is roll out of the way with zero attention to timing, and even for the harder ones, if you mess up, just roll to proc Rolling Guard to give yourself some breathing room. Because of this, I'm only going to cover the harder ones, unless I get feedback asking me to include them.

GROUND SLAM: After the slam attack, there will be 4 lines of hands for 10 seconds. The hands to not disable abilities, but they do deal enough damage to break shields and stagger. Take note of them, and bullet jump and glide over them.

VOID FLAIL: The spinning beam attack, bottom one clockwise, top one counterclockwise. For the bottom one, jump and aim glide, and if the bottom laser is still up, glide away from the direction it's going. 3 seconds after it's finished, it will create a long-ranged slam attack at the direction you were at when it ended. Just jump or roll away.

TOWER ERUPTION: Stay a moderate distance away, and pay attention to the shockwaves and geysers. Jump and glide while paying attention to shockwaves to avoid getting hit by them.
