Maximizing Passive Income in GTA Online | $165,000 Daily Guide
By Starwill

The Arcade Safe
Let’s start with the basics: the easiest and truly passive income comes from the arcade. At first, when you buy it, the safe will only generate a few bucks, but with the purchase of the cheapest arcade machine for $80,000, it’ll start bringing in $5,000/day with no player involvement.

And since you’ll recoup the arcade’s cost by completing the Casino Heist, the arcade machine will pay for itself in just 16 in-game days — not too shabby. But after that, consistently picking up $100,000 every 20 days (the safe’s maximum capacity) becomes a nice little bonus.

The Agency Safe
Things get a lot trickier here...

To reach the maximum profit of $20,000/day from the safe, you’ll need to complete 201 Agency Contracts. Yeah, that’s a lot, but there’s good news: the payout increases gradually — $500/day for every 5 contracts. So, to match the income from the previous business, you’ll only need to complete 50.

And as they say:
“A samurai has no goal — only the path.”

The contracts themselves are pretty fun and also bring in decent earnings. You can start them via the Agency computer or by giving Franklin a call.

Since you’ll need to do missions here, the location of your Agency becomes an important factor. I personally recommend checking out all the properties before buying, or you can simply go for the cheapest and, in my opinion, the most convenient one in Little Seoul.

Other Safes

These two businesses are the only ones that generate decent passive income without any player involvement. However, safes can also be found in other businesses, but they either bring in too little money or require active participation, so I’d suggest not wasting your time on them.

Just check them occasionally and grab the cash if you see a decent amount has built up (which usually takes a REALLY long time).
Nightclub
THE MOST profitable passive income business — though you’ll occasionally have to spend about 5 minutes to collect your millions of dollars...

Whether you do this in a public or private session is up to you. Adding an extra $500K to your $1–1.5M stash is always a nice bonus, but be ready to immediately leave the session if everyone’s favorite vehicles start heading your way.

If you want to maximize your income, ONLY invest in the businesses listed below, in order of (logically) decreasing profitability.

WARNING! Motorcycle Club businesses must be active, but keep in mind they eat into your profits every in-game day. Disable the ones you don’t need or that aren’t contributing to your earnings.

Upgrades should be your first priority, as you can see they provide a 2X bonus — which is very profitable. Don’t bother with security upgrades; they’re nearly useless.

Motorcycle Club Businesses
Just forget about them...

Only buy them to support your nightclub. They’re a waste of time—even though, in theory, you could just buy supplies and wait, you’d probably make more money from the good behavior bonuses.
Bunker
Unlike the Motorcycle Club, this one’s a lot more interesting. You can calmly buy supplies, and it WON’T even dip into the negatives 0_o

Always sell to the furthest buyer to maximize profits. As for upgrades, same advice as for the nightclub. This business generates $57,890/day, even accounting for the cost of supplies.

Summary | Income Calculation
If you upgrade everything, your maximum passive income in GTA 5 Online will be $165,890 per in-game day, which is pretty decent if you ask me.

$5,000 / day
Agency
$20,000 / day
Nightclub
$83,000 / day
Bunker
$57,890 / day

Extras
Even after buying all this, are you still upset about having to lift your virtual butt off the in-game couch?

Then let me introduce the mega overpriced gadget for $1.5M, perfect for top-tier business moguls. This tool lets you manage all your businesses online:

All jokes aside, it’s actually a decent tool for advanced players. It helps save a lot of time, so if you’ve got the spare cash, why not?

Thanks for reading my guide!
That’s the end—hopefully, your criminal business empire will keep growing and improving with the help of this guide!

If this guide helped you, you can reward it or just give it a like. I’d really appreciate it. Good luck to everyone!

@ElDiabloSatanis it's just about passive income, I checked everything myself, if you buy raw materials, then they pay more in the bunker

MC businesses arent 'worth it' but you recommend the bunker that has a lower $ per hour then the cocaine lockup for the exact same process?? your logic is flawed there

@TTVShadowVat How?

@TTVShadowVat Bro, this is AFK's earnings, and you don't have to take the money every day. For example, you can go about your business, earn millions of money, and then sell all the goods and take the money from the safes and get a few million on top. Is that really a bad thing?

I make over 200k in just two fast missions, takes about 30 mins to do both. I pull in around 5Mil $ a day. This guide is a'bit week imo.
