Reminders
First Step Forward Complete your first task. Create a task with any caption, then check it off.

Note to Self Write your first sticky note. Select the sticky note icon and write anything.
Focus
First Timer Complete your first Pomodoro session. The Pomodoro timer is set to 25 min by default, but you can turn it down to 0 and when you press 'Start', it will finish immediately.

Quick Focus Focus for 10 minutes Set your Pomodoro timer for anything higher than 10 minutes, and then let the clock run out without pausing, restarting, or closing the game.

Steady Concentration Focus for 30 minutes Use the Pomodoro timer for a cumulative time of 30 minutes.

Hour of Dedication Focus for 1 hour Use the Pomodoro timer for a cumulative time of 1 hour.

Five Hours of Flow Focus for 5 hours Use the Pomodoro timer for a cumulative time of 5 hours. In order to farm this one more efficiently, you can turn your timer up to 99 minutes, turn the break duration down to 0, and turn auto restart on. This will begin a new focus session immediately, meaning you can completely afk focus. Just run the game on your computer overnight, or when you're at work and you'll get the focus achievements in no time. It seems like the focus time doesn't properly track, so I recommend pausing the timer and restarting the game frequently. At 116 hrs of gameplay, I only had 71 hours of focus time.

Ten Hour Deep Focus for 10 hours Use the Pomodoro timer for a cumulative time of 10 hours. See above strategy for farming.

Day of Devotion Focus for 20 hours Use the Pomodoro timer for a cumulative time of 20 hours. See above strategy for farming.

Century of Focus Focus for 100 hours Use the Pomodoro timer for a cumulative time of 100 hours. See above strategy for farming.

Drink
First Drink You made your first drink Click the empty mug by the character, or the arrow at the right of the screen. Making a drink costs 3 . Any combination on any scene will net you the achievement.
Scenes
New Tokyo Traveler Unlock the New Tokyo Scene You can use this scene starting at Level 2. To do so you need to use your Pomodoro timer to earn points to level up. You can also spend some to make drinks that can earn you up to 50% more exp. You will get the achievement when you first equip this scene.

Ancient Voyager Unlock the Ancient China scene. You can equip this scene at Level 7. Again, keep using the focus timer to level up to unlock this, then equip it for the achievement.

Retro Reveler Unlock the 60s New York Bar scene. This is unlocked at Level 13. Like with the others, use the Pomodoro timer to level up, then equip it.

I know this is late but what I do is when I get on the computer to play my other games, I play this one in the background since i have 2 monitors and if I leave to go somewhere, I leave it playing but when I head for bed that's when I get out of the game and shut everything off so that my computer isn't running 24/7

@Healing Vamp If you want to do it continuously, probably longer. It almost seems capped at how many hours it can register daily. I would just run it when you're not gonna be home, if you try to do it 24/7 you'll end up closer to 160 hours.
