七省联盟号是荷兰皇家海军新锐的七省联盟级轻巡洋舰的首舰，由于二战期间荷兰遭到纳粹德国入侵，这一级巡洋舰直到战后才重新动工，最终以C802的舷号在50年代服役，七省联盟和她的姊妹舰德·鲁伊特均在退役后卖给了秘鲁海军继续服役，后又进行现代化改装，成为导弹巡洋舰和直升机巡洋舰。鉴于拉丁美区的优秀匹配机制，七省级一度成为了南美洲最强大的水面舰艇

Seven Provinces Union was the first of the Royal Dutch Navy's new Seven Provinces Union class of light cruisers.
