How to get Spika Princess

This is a quick guide which will teach you how to get the new recruitable princess,Spika Princess, she's one of the most cryptic one to get, you will also get her new achievement that way

Introduction

I want to firstly apologise, i got a request to do this guide on her but since i'm a bit busy this one will not really be as detailled as i will like, however it will be plenty enough to help you get her.

To me Spika Princess follow the same scheme as Dokuro as the type of character which are so hidden that it's really required for the community to have this guide to follow, but be warned there will be a lot of spoiler of course.

Ah and keep in mind that i will explain it with the mindset of someone which think that the readers knows most of the game, but feel free to ask question in the comments, i will try to help if possible.

The Guide (part 1)

Yeah Spika P is the type of character you can't really get mid playthrough, per say she doesn't really have an hard softlock in the way of getting her, but since she required a storyline to i will suggest starting fresh


FIRST STEP

You will have to Befriend Pruning Pruna as fast as possible, she's essential and it will be reggretable to end this first season without her on your good side, so meet her in her caravan during a Bloomgaze day, take one of her Rosebud and continue to the next step

SECOND STEP

You will want to go in the underworld, precisely to the church outpost close to the black river, there inside this building you will want to put a the Rosebud in a pot, doing that will allow you to purchased EEL PEEL from Pruna the day she's not outside, you will need a good amount of them, 50 is a good number

Bonus guide, two way of getting money

The EEL PEEL by themself are not really pricey but the number you will need is random and this early in game you might miss the swirly to get them, so here i prepared a quick bonus on my two favorite strategy on how to get money fast

THE FAMILY JEWEL STRAT

this one is a classic, if you have afforded the family jewel accessory from merchant princess when she's in Fawn Taven you will be able to use it to get swirlies every time you "bang" someone, that's said there is a couple way of optimizing it.

The number of Swirlies you get with one "bang" can be incresed with the "Shorty specal" this food item can be found in Goblin kindom inside the Brewery, you just need a way to skip the guard, thanks to that you can jump from around 650 swirlies in a "bang" to 1300 swirlies

Strangely enough banging Frog princess in her sewer kingdom have the weird effect of triggering the family jewel twice, she's often a good candidate for this strat but a will unadvise choosing her there as it take a while to reach this point in her storyline

For me an easy way is just to put your own follower in the fawn tavern and "bang" it, as long as it not one of your blood related progeny you will be able to screw it and get money, Slave progeny, Recruit progeny, or Minions from the incubus knight perk are welcome

THE FATHER'S GIFT STRAT (aka the best strat)

Father's gift is a dowrie you will get from the hands of human princess after eloping/rescuing her, thank's to this little beautie you will get money for each offsrping you have with a princess as long as she equipped with the dowrie

Father's gift if powered by love, if you'r princess is maxed out in this stat you will get 35.000 swirlie by childrens, yes by CHILDRENS, so if you choosed to do it with a princess with high number of baby you will get a lot

A good early candidate will be Rabbit Princess, she often get atleast two progeny and sometime more, her storyline is also focus almost entirely inside her kingdom which make pretty quick to elope with

A bit of optimisation now : equipped the girl with the dowrie, get a shorty special and bang her in the camp before midnight, sleep and then in the day feed her 3 oxytocin salt that you can buy from trevor in Fawn Tavern, Then wait till after midnight and enter the camp, she will already give birth

The game check for pregnancy cycle only when a day passed after midnight, you can exploit that to do it crazy quickly

The Guide (part 2)

THIRD STEP

Well now that you got your fiftyish EEL PEEL and that you're a crack in the stock market let's continue where we left off.

You will want to enter the festival plaza in desert kingdom, any day is good as long as it's not a full moon, you will noticed a suspicious well in the center of it, enter it to discover a secret old treasure room

for the people with the best eyesight you might have noticed that something is off with one of the wall, some sort of weird anomalie your knight will react to, well figured this is a fake wall and spika P is behind it, i'm very sorry for the people which was searching her in the sea so far

That said you may ask, what's the deal with the EEL PEEL then ?

Well that because the key to this fake wall is a random drop when you eat them, so i hope you got a good amount of health and luck

After eating your share and finding the BLACK PEARL the wall will disaspeared and you will get a cutscene with Spika p, but because nothing can be simple she will just leave and you will have to find her again

FOURTH STEP

Oki when i said it was that it was better to start a new cycle it was mostly for this one...

You will have to do the Mermaid P storyline and reach the point where you have killed the Spika (boss) and rescued old barnacle, because the next time you will enter is "boss arena cave in a crack looking thing" you will see that Spika P is there

But she's unresponsive and you phase through her

FINAL STEP

You know, i have more than 300h of playtime on princess and conquest, and i'm the type which pick every item he see on is road, and even so after around 10 cycle and all this time, i have only got one "MERMAID TEAR"

well i hope you have one because i have heard some terrible story about people trying to search one, this item can spawn on the floor of the deep merk randomnly, if you don't want to take care of that for now i will understand, since you have the Black Pearl you have a checkpoint for potential next cycles if you want to continue

That said if you'r lucky enough and find one, just bring it to the tinkerer inside the Clocktown along with 20 cogs and she will craft you the Mermaid lantern

This item will let you interact with Spika P and finally recruit her

In the end

Well there you go dear people, you should have the new achievements and the princess, to get her other animation you will have to give her some lust point, and be alone with her in the camp at night

yeah sure is, that game have a lot of hidden mechanic which give it a lot of depht, one of my fav one is that actually merchant P keep count on how much you buyed from her, which eventually unlock an animation with her later

Don't why but game seems so easy until you dive into the details for real. While I was trying to get the Scarecrow Princess suddenly I realized you cannnot get her usual way, you can increase chance to get her if you started newgame+ knowing what to do next from the beggining but it doesn't guarantee. Amelie may spawned in the world or may not .
Sometimes it's annoying but also It wonder in a good way.
Feel like Im playing old games that so ridiculous hard like King's Quest

So I did it, the well become empty after mermaidP quest. There's a spetial egg and a suspicious wall

I do not know why, but I cannot find the EEL PEEL, I planted a rosebud in a pot in the church, but only the things of the fallen king appear in her store (goblin princess)
