[TFA][AT] INS2 guns collection

Description

REQUIRES TFA BASE AND INS2 SHARED PARTS

A classic rifle with medium recoil. Suitable only for medium and long ranges.

Weapon from Insurgency 2014.
So, not all weapons were ported from ins2 to our favorite game, so I will do it myself.
Also compatible with any sight extensions :).
