Unused Gameinstructor Icons

Description
Restores the unused "new green" gameinstructor icons found within the iconsheet's PSD. I've also recolored icon_arrow_right and icon_arrow_up using the same arrow color overlay used in the "new green" layer group as well.

If you're not a huge fan of the color green, then you might want to check out Rise and SirWololo's L4D1 Styled version

Half the point of these mods is it's interesting to see unused content; Whether it's "worse" or not isn't the point.

same tbh, I can see why valve didn't go with these. They're overall very clunky looking with the only exception in my opinion being the icons that go alongside the progress bars
