[DEPRECATED] Economy Jumpstarter

Description
**1.9 INFO**: This mod is no longer needed in 1.9, as the new trade system opens up production across the whole world. Once one country gets access to a resource and starts trading it, the whole world starts getting in on it.

---

Places a building producing 10 iron, sulfur, lead, and coal in each capital. This results in the AI building more mines, resulting in more construction using Iron-Frame Buildings, resulting in the AI having a more competitive economy and better GDP growth.

Essentially, it's a hack to make the AI less stupid.

Is it broken?

Sounds like a great addition! The only thing I did is add is_player = no, because I don't think we as players actually need it (less clutter on the buildings list)

Hello. Thank you very much for your mod. Could you please tell me how to change the laborers in the building into capitalists?

what if your capital is a resourceless wasteland like washington dc

Yes, the event checks monthly to make sure each country has exactly one of these building in their capital, which accounts for moving capitals, transferring states, or countries merging or being released.

Question what happens if the ai loses its capital? do they get a new resource pile?
