I actually found a way to fix purple textures(Requires Steam HL2):
1.You need to go to HL2 workshop
2.Download https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3386970367 .
3.Go to Steam/steamapps/workshop/content/220/3386970367.
4.Extract workshop_dir.vpk using GCFScape(look for tutorial how to extract .vpk if you dont know how).
5.Put extracted folder into Steam\steamapps\common\GarrysMod\garrysmod\addons.
And there you go! Texture is fixed.
