Taiyo Haven, roughly translated to Rising Sun City, was once a portland haven for foreign travelers and traders from both the Great Tang Empire and The Second Sun Empire. However as time progressed, as the perfect opening for crime organized families such as Triads and Yakuza began placing their interest within such a developing island. Funds begin to pour in deeply, to such as rapidly advance the cities within the island. But more as develops as a race war against the gangs until the bubble finally begins to pop into an all-out gang war within the very streets they're pouring money onto; now pouring blood into it.
