[TFA][AT] INS2 guns collection

Description

REQUIRES TFA BASE AND INS2 SHARED PARTS

A shortened version of the AK-74, but with more recoil, spread, and less damage (only by one unit). Suitable for those who prefer mobility and high damage.

Weapon from Insurgency 2014.
So, not all weapons were ported from ins2 to our favorite game, so I will do it myself.
Also compatible with any sight extensions :).
