2 ] I will be sure to test your suggested upgrade setup.
3 ] And regarding the veteran depositor, I think that comes to personal preference.
I think that Scout benefits the most from Veteran Depositor because of his mobility and his role as the mineral (Nitra) gatherer.
As a Scout, you are the most capable of gathering minerals so that means you will be spending a lot of time depositing said minerals, and so Veteran Depositor makes your job quicker and safer. You can spend more time shooting and less time depositing and you are not punished as much for trying to deposit minerals with enemies nearby.
Also, even if you are using the fast deposit method you still benefit from the perk's increased depositing speed.
That being said, your electrocuting focus shots build is completely wrong. It's supposed to be 13211. The whole point of EFS is that it lets you take clip size and ammo on the m1k while still letting you hit proper 1 shot breakpoints with the electric DoT. Taking both damage ups instead of clip size and ammo makes no sense. With 13211 you get a big ammo pool, 14 clip size blowthrough spam gun that can also use focus shots to 1 shot trijaws with a weakpoint shot and acid spitters, mactera spawn and slashers with a body shot. It also 1 shots grunts with an uncharged weakpoint shot or 2 uncharged bodyshots, so you can use it to close your eyes and spam down grunts.
Also, veteran depositor is a waste of a perk slot, depositing is already more than fast enough if you fast deposit (which everyone should)
