These are the builds I use while playing as the Gunner.
These builds are optimized for vanilla Hazard 5 - Lethal.

Most of them are not my original creations, they were taken from or in some way inspired by videos of:
Siirvend, cubefather, SaidAlot, waste, Drillinginthenameof, ReapeeRon, PsychicSploob, and many, many others.

Being a lazy bastard I will not bother giving credit for every single thing taken from others since I played for so long with these exact builds that I forgot the exact sources, sorry, not sorry!

Some useful info
Before we get started a tip for you:
Generally, the best builds in this game use one weapon dedicated to a single target and the other to crowd control.
As for the rest of the gear: Use whatever can complement your weakness so that you would have an all-around great build rather than a one-trick pony. This is so you would have an option for every situation and wouldn't get killed because you dedicated all your arsenal to one specific thing.
#0 | Pickaxe, equipment, and armor upgrades
I use pretty much the same pickaxe, equipment, and armor upgrades for all builds I have.

Pickaxe
1 3
*This is the same for all classes

Shield Generator
1 2 3
*This is the same for all my Gunner builds

Zipline Launcher
2 1 2
*This is the same for all my Gunner builds

Throwables
I often change my throwables depending on a mission type, the builds of my teammates, and many many more variables so that's why I will not go over them in my builds. But in case the build heavily benefits from a particular throwable type I will give it a mention.

"Barracuda" Armor Rig

#1 | Cluster Charges - Elephant Rounds
Info
This build uses Hurricane with Cluster Charges to deal with swarms in a stylish way and it has the Bulldog with Elephant Rounds to get rid of the bigger pests.

Perks
  • Resupplier
  • Born Ready
  • Vampire
  • Dash
  • Iron Will
Weapons
"Hurricane" Guided Rocket System | 3 1 2 2 2 | Cluster Charges
"Bulldog" Heavy Revolver | 2 3 3 2 1 | Elephant Rounds
#2 | Burning Hell - Volatile Bullets
Info
This build has Bulldog with Volatile Bullets to dish out absurd amounts of damage to enemies caught on fire by your Lead Storm with Burning Hell. Use your minigun on crowds and then pick off the bulkiest of targets with your Bulldog.

I recommend taking Incendiary Grenades to better make use of the insane damage output that Volatile Bullets provide. Also, you just can't have enough things on fire.

Perks
  • Resupplier
  • Born Ready
  • Vampire
  • Dash
  • Iron Will
Weapons
"Lead Storm" Powered Minigun | 3 2 2 2 3 | Burning Hell
"Bulldog" Heavy Revolver | 2 1 3 2 1 | Volatile Bullets

#3 | Lead Storm - Hellfire
Info
This build has big gun to kill big bug...
Oh and also Coil Gun with Hellfire to deal with groups of smaller enemies.

This build is good for Elimination missions but works just as well in other mission types.
If you are going to use this build for Elimination missions I suggest using Sticky Grenades as they are the easiest to use and are the most effective against Hiveguard when it exposes its three glowing protrusions (you can hit them all with one well-thrown grenade).

Perks
  • Resupplier
  • Born Ready
  • Vampire
  • Dash
  • Iron Will
Weapons
"Lead Storm" Powered Minigun | 3 2 1 2 3 | Lead Storm

#4 | Neurotoxin Payload - Six Shooter
Info
This build uses objectively the strongest Overclock of the Autocannon - the Neurotoxin Payload.
The build is great for going solo as the Neurotoxin Payload with fear upgrades gives you breathing room to do objectives. The one downside of this Autocannon is the low damage output and a small magazine size so that's why you have a Bulldog with the Six Shooter Overclock as your trusty sidearm for finishing enemies.

Perks
  • Resupplier
  • Born Ready
  • Vampire
  • Dash
  • Iron Will
Weapons
"Thunderhead" Heavy Autocannon | 2 2 3 2 2 | Neurotoxin Payload
"Bulldog" Heavy Revolver | 2 2 3 2 1 | Six Shooter
*Weapon paintjobs were applied with the help of No Cosmetic Restrictions mod
#5 | Mortar Rounds - Six Shooter
Info
This is just a fun build that uses the Mortar Rounds Autocannon with its massive splash damage to deal with crowds and a Bulldog with a Six Shooter Overclock as a tool to finish off weakened enemies and/or pick them off from a long range.

Perks
  • Resupplier
  • Born Ready
  • Vampire
  • Dash
  • Iron Will
Weapons
"Thunderhead" Heavy Autocannon | 3 3 1 1 2 | Mortar Rounds
"Bulldog" Heavy Revolver | 2 2 3 1 1 | Six Shooter
*Weapon paintjobs were applied with the help of No Cosmetic Restrictions mod
#6 | Minelayer System - Elephant Rounds
Info
This build has Hurricane with Minelayer System for the swarm clear and Elephant Rounds Bulldog for big enemies and large amounts of burst damage.

You could also replace the Bulldog with something like BRT7 Burst Fire Gun with Lead Spray Overclock if you grew sick of it but, honestly, I am not a fan of that gun and I can't get sick of a big revolver with an even bigger damage.

Perks
  • Resupplier
  • Born Ready
  • Vampire
  • Dash
  • Iron Will
Weapons
"Hurricane" Guided Rocket System | 3 1 2 2 2 | Minelayer System
"Bulldog" Heavy Revolver | 2 3 3 2 1 | Elephant Rounds
