Replacing the original HL2 Combine soldiers with Half-Life: Alyx

In this addons:
- Spawnicons
- Guality models from ''jQuery''
- Playermodels

Combines here:
Heavy - Prison Guards
Ordinal - Elite
Grunt - Regular Soldier
Shotgunner - Grunt (Skin 2)
Suppressor - (only Playermodel)
