UWE Extra Dialogue Barks Removal - Narko's Disciples

Description
Mute Narko's Disciples civilian dialogue barks. They call the HN "the unholy nation", where unholy obviously has negative connotations, but when you ally with them they also call you "unholy brother", where unholy should have positive connotations. IDK man, writing is hard.
