With the changes to how ownership and the Investment Pool work in 1.7 I felt that keeping the Investment Pool active with Cooperative Ownership no longer fits.

The Investment Pool is supposed to represent construction by private businesses but consolidating it into a single construction que makes more sense when government construction isn't supposed to be a thing either with buildings being worker owned and not government owned.

Includes a fix for the issue where the post-Laissez-Faire laws reduce your maximum companies by one forcing you to switch back and forth to Laissez-Faire to adjust which companies you're using.

Also makes Anarchy and Cooperative Ownership clearer on which technologies you need (no changes) and fixes the Anarchy prerequisites, which started self-conflicting in 1.8 after being changed.

Achievement Compatible.

This mod overrides:
Nothing! Always compatible.
Works with version 1.8.3 only.

Only company buildings would appear in the investment pool - Correct
But why the new built buildings worker-owned instead of company-owned？

Can you add something where any subjects or members of your sphere automatically get the socialism, anarchy, and command economy techs so you can actually regime change them?
