Description
Downports update 1.8.4 onto 1.8.3 without the executable changes. This brings you up-to-date with the fixes in update 1.8.4.[forum.paradoxplaza.com]

Select 1.8.3 - 1.8.3 rollback in Steam's Betas tab.

Why? Because I wanted to stay on 1.8.3 since it's the last version where Cooperative Ownership is able to freely make buildings Worker-Owned. It's also the last version where Political Movements and playing as small nations were at their most difficult and it's the last update before PDX started flip-flopping on how assimilation should work.

Achievement Compatible.
