Description
Simple mod which changes the threshold for dirt roads to become paved to 70 infrastructure.
Paved roads will only appear once researched

@1230james @nikolas yes its a base game feature but i've played to 1936 and never reached 1000 infrastructure. Just felt that 1000 was unreasonable. Didn't realize it was even feasible in the base game until now. (apparently, paved roads gives an infrastructure bonus per automobile consumed)

Oh it's a base game thing now? 🤔 Well that's good to know. So I guess this just makes it easier to get the paved roads once you have them unlocked then.

I think currently in vanilla it's required a state to have at least a 1000 infrastructure for the roads to be paved (plus technology)

I'm somewhat confused as to what this mod does; wasn't paved roads added by Paradox themselves in 1.8? I've certainly seen it without this mod after researching paved roads

I'm amazed that the contents of this mod is just two changes in the defines (and tiny tweaks in the spline objects). This could easily have been in the base game probably since launch but they just didnt 😔
