(Great Pokemon wallpapers btw, I recognise your name now seeing it in the showcase forums a few days ago)

At a guess i think it may be something along the lines of codec issues or with HEVC with single video file wallpapers VS scene wallpapers.

If you want you could try this. it seems like a common problem the WPE devs cant/wont fix and just ask people to change the setting below: :steamfacepalm:

Settings > General > Video Framework setting from "Prefer Media Foundation" to "Prefer DirectShow LAV"
