Achivment Guide - Dine Out

Hello and welcome to this new House Flipper adventure! It’s time to dine out.

Each trophy comes with an explanation on how to unlock it. We recommend starting with the Property Manager trophy to save some time, but rest assured that none of the trophies are missable.

Appetite comes with eating

To unlock the achievment, complete the first Dine Out mission titled "Just Like Grandma Used to Make." There's no need to achieve a 100% rating on this job; the achievment will unlock as soon as you finish the mission.

Complete any 5 Dine Out jobs (you don't have to 100% them).

5 Flipper stars

To earn this achievment, you need to prepare 5 dishes. You can prepare the same dish multiple times if you prefer. You can unlock this achievment while completing the first job, "Just Like Grandma Used to Make." Simply serve the Dumplings (the recipe is provided in this job) 5 times.

Why live on bread and water?

For this achievment you'll need to rent out the buildings you own instead of selling them, as the rental option has now become available.
To rent a property, you must meet certain criteria. For example, to rent it as "housing," you need at least 1 Bedroom and 1 Bathroom in the building. A Bathroom requires at least 1 toilet and 1 sink. For the Bedroom, you should place a bed, a wardrobe, and if needed, consider adding some nightstands.

To earn the "Property Manager" achievment, you have to rent out 5 places anyway. Unlocking this trophy should happen naturally once you reach around 6k in rental earnings. Note that sleeping in a bed will NOT cause a day to pass in the game. If you rent the places out early, you should unlock the achievment while playing through the story jobs. Alternatively, you can also leave the game AFK until a few days pass in-game.

Property manager

For this achievment you'll need to rent out the buildings you own instead of selling them, as the rental option has now become available.
Once you successfully rent out 5 properties, the achievment will unlock.

Land in hot water

You can earn this achievment during the "Wine and Dine" job (the second one). You need to build an entresol upstairs. Make sure to stand in the designated area when you confirm the changes. You will fall downstairs, and the achievment will unlock.

Table, Deck Yourself!

To unlock this achievment, you need to deck 10 tables. The quickest way to achieve this is by placing 10 tables in your first property and modifying each singular table with at least one fork, spoon, knife, plate, and glass.

Don't judge a restaurant by its sign

To earn this achievment, you must buy and place a sign. Simply write any text on it; you can accomplish this on your first property.

Flavours Hunter

To unlock the achievement, you must find all 11 recipes scattered throughout the various jobs, including those available with the Restaurateur perk (you need to unlock it by assigning 3 Perkpoints). Each job contains 1 recipe, except for the Espresso Tales job, which has 2 recipes.

Recipe Locations:

Just Like Grandma Used to Make - Dumplings
Location: Ground floor, back room on a shelf.

Wine and Dine - Spaghetti Bolognese
Location: Ground floor, right side. Sell the boxes in the back, and the recipe will be hanging on the wall.

Espresso Tales - Cupcakes & Coffee
Location: Ground floor, enter the room on the right and sell the TV inside. The recipe is hanging on the wall behind it.

To find the second recipe, go to the kitchen, move the Universal cooker on the floor, and then move the counter with the toaster. The recipe will be on the floor.

Delicious Nook of Tin Pavilions
Location: Go left past the containers down the stairs. Turn around to find the recipe hanging on the left wall.

Rematch is a Dish...
Location: Ground floor, back room. Remove the container to find the recipe on the floor.

Sweet Metamorphosis
Location: Ground floor, at the desk on the right. Remove the papers to uncover the recipe.

Cloud-High Surprise
Location: Enter the left room and go upstairs. Clear the pile of paper on the floor to reveal the recipe.

Ahoy, Gourmands!
Location: On the boat, go upstairs, sell the boxes on the right, and you'll find the recipe on the floor.

Pizzalicious Happiness
Location: Enter the building and go to the counter. Sell it, and the recipe will be on the floor.

The New Face of Mastery
Location: Go to the back and sell the painting in front of the ping pong table. This will be the last recipe found in the missions.

Delicious Nook of Tin Pavilions - Ramen
Location: Go left past the containers down the stairs. Turn around to find the recipe hanging on the left wall.

Rematch is a Dish... - Tacos
Location: Ground floor, back room. Remove the container to find the recipe on the floor.

Sweet Metamorphosis - Macarons
Location: Ground floor, at the desk on the right. Remove the papers to uncover the recipe.

Cloud-High Surprise - Ratatouille
Location: Enter the left room and go upstairs. Clear the pile of paper on the floor to reveal the recipe.

Ahoy, Gourmands! - Fish & Chips
Location: On the boat, go upstairs, sell the boxes on the right, and you'll find the recipe on the floor.

Pizzalicious Happiness - Pizza Margarita
Location: Enter the building and go to the counter. Sell it, and the recipe will be on the floor.

The New Face of Mastery - Sushi
Location: Go to the back and sell the painting in front of the ping pong table. This will be the last recipe found in the missions.

Suggested correction for Table, Deck Yourself! achievement. You only have to create 10 tableware presets to get this achievement. So your better option is to:

1. Place a fork, knife, spoon, plate, and glass on a single table.

2. Use the modify option on the table.

3. Click the Create Tableware Preset button and close the window.

4. Repeat steps 2 and 3 nine more times to get the achievement.

Please name dishes by place, because sometimes you might miss a particular dish and you need exactly one place, not all of them)
