From testing, the Witch dies after reaching her burn timer's value. For me it's 27 seconds, and she's also slowed down (burning/stumble speed). You could use something similar to Manacat's method, with damaging the Witch by 1 and giving her 1 hp again.

I expected the Witch to be forced into Wandering animations and walk towards the survivors. For anyone confused, this mod makes it so Witches that spawn are startled after a survivor. Great mods, like always.
