解説
Spennymoor was home to both a substantial ironworks and a tarmacadam plant, both of which were substantial local employers. A shuttle train was often run to convey workers to and from their jobs, and today you will be working the return trip. You begin the scenario at Bishop Auckland, the coaching stock assembled for the run. You will run nonstop to Spennymoor, then run round the train and work back to Bishop Auckland. Your motive power for this working is an ex-LNER J50 0-6-0 tank engine, affectionately nicknamed ‘submarines’. Duration: 30-35 minutes.

Excellent run up and down the Spennymoor branch, and great to run a passenger consist up a branch seldom seen in scenarios. Also really like the realism of the there and back trip. J50 a pleasure to drive, very free steaming loco. Good fun thank you HS. Kind Regards. Chris
